Whitney is from Hayden, Alabama, and graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2019. She received her Bachelor's degree from Athens State University in Business Administration in 2015.

After graduating from law school, Whitney clerked for the Honorable Annemarie Carney Axon in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. 

Whitney and her husband Jake have two girls, Saylor and Sophie, and are members of Desperation Church Hayden. Whitney enjoys reading, being outside, and staying active through Wotown Health & Fitness.

Legal Assistant

Janet served as a Legal Assistant for over 30 years before retiring. Soon after retiring, however, Janet chose to come back to the workforce to work alongside her daughter, Whitney.

Janet acts as the Office Manager, paying and sending out bills, ordering office supplies, and keeping things running, in general. She handles multiple tasks from answering the phone and making appointments, to preparing estate planning documents and deeds, files, and anything else that would help Eiland Law be as successful as possible.

Paralegal

Keeshan is from Hayden, Alabama, and graduated from Wallace State Community College in 2015 with two degrees one being in Paralegal Studies and the other in Criminal Justice. She loves ALL things legal, administrative, organizational, etc.

Keeshan also doubles as an Office Manager for her family business, Cotten Home Inspections, Inc. and is a Real Estate Agent with Southern.256 Real Estate.

When Keeshan is not working, you can find her doing life with my boyfriend, Justin, binge-watching her favorite tv shows, listening to Spotify ridiculously loud, spending time with her family and/or loving on her two fur babies, Indie and Cotten.
